Are there any setup or termination fees?

Absolutely Not! We have built our system to make setup easy and quick. There is no reason to charge for a setup fee to earn your business. If you decide to leave us, there is no fees to terminate your account. Although, it's only fair to warn you that you will loose your Price Protection Guarantee.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! We do not require a contract. We want to work hard to earn your business every month. If you are not satisfied with our product or service, you are free to cancel at anytime. We only ask, why are you leaving us? We are always working to improve HoochWare® for our existing clients and any future clients. Your feedback is always valuable to us.

Do you offer customer support?

Yes, we wouldn't have it any other way. We are always here to help, assist and even walk you through the process. If you find yourself in a jam, no worries just give us a call or shoot us an email.

How often is HoochWare® upgraded?

We love to write code and are constantly enhancing the system to provide you a better experience. We always welcome feedback and suggestions from clients or even future clients.

Do I get all future upgrades to HoochWare?

Absolutely! We wouldn't let you miss out on all the fun. When we upgrade or modify the system, your account is affective immediately. Just because you're already a client doesn't mean we forget about you. We love ya!

How difficult is it to learn HoochWare®?

We have worked hard to make HoochWare user-friendly and very intuitive for the end user. Just like any new software or application there's still a learning curve. We provide an online help center filled with how-to articles and videos. If you're like us and would just rather talk to a person for assistance, give us a call and one of our HoochWare team members will walk you through the application.

Is my data and information safe & secure?

There is nothing more important to us than keeping your data secure. We take extra measures and monitor all aspects of the application for vulnerabilities and possible exploits. Now for all you geeks out there, here's the technical methods we use to keep the bad guys out.

All communication within HoochWare is exchanged via HTTPS connections for secure authentication and protection. In fact, our application is only available on port 443 via HTTPS and our public portals force HTTPS with HSTS.

All stored records are encrypted with worldwide standard 256-bit AES encryption keys the moment they enter our infrastructure. Every record is encrypted with a unique initialization vector by a unique encryption key to achieve semantic security. HoochWare verifies each record’s integrity on a regular basis and on each request using a hash-based authentication code (HMAC) calculated using its own unique 256-bit HMAC key. Encryption keys, initialization vectors, and HMAC keys are re-keyed and each record is re-encrypted on a regular basis.

Multiple industry-leading Microsoft Azure subsystems combine to power the HoochWare cloud platform—offering you Microsoft’s unparalleled history and leading-edge security practices. Each subsystem is completely segmented from one another by software and network security rules to maximize protection. HoochWare does not store encrypted records and their encryption keys in the same server cluster. Each subsystem can only be accessed by another subsystem via specific network routes and specific inbound and outbound port rules.
